Rdp Version 6.2.9200

I went into the non-functioning LT to change RDC to allow NLA, (System Properties, Remote) however, there is nowhere to do it. There is a radio button to'Allow remote access' and an 'Advanced' button. Under the 'Advanced' button there are two items to control the limits for he use of remote assistance.
There is a radio button to allow remote assistance and another to set the amount oftime that remote computers can be connected. Nothing to control NLA. On thefunctioning LT, which has the same version of RDC, THERE IS A PLACE TO CHANGE NLA. I am confused. How can the same version of RDC have two different menus?

I hate people who say 'RDP's not working'Well, RDP's not working. I set it to work as normal to allow support invitations, included myself in the allowed users, etc. I've checked the port it is set at, which is 3389.The Symantec Endpoint Protection (12.1.5) doesn't have the firewall installed, and that's showing as disabled. Network threat protection is off (grasping at straws). Also, because I'm in the inside of my network have disabled Windows firewall.I checked, and the RDP services are running.Still, no matter what, netstat -a doesn't show as anything listening on 3389.I'm at a loss. Other domain workstations have no problems with it.
